Investment criteria
We preferably invest in companies that meet the following profile
- Headquartered in the Netherlands
- EBITDA exceeding EUR 1 million
- With a committed management team with clear growth ambitions and an interest in selling a majority stake
- A strong or leading position in a niche market, with multiple growth opportunities and realistic exit potential
Companies operating primarily on a project basis, as well as businesses in hospitality, real estate and start-ups, fall outside our investment scope.
